Have You Helped Tibet Lately?

Just a brief post detailing some important actions you can take today to help Tibet.

There is a campaign called Tibet Third Pole which was created to raise awareness of Tibet’s environmental crisis to the media, general public, and climate change negotiators at the United Nations talks in Copenhagen. It is so good to have focused campaigns such as this due to their potentially deep impact on negotiators.

One of the primary concerns is that Tibet’s natural resources are at risk. Climate change is occuring in Tibet at a much faster pace than it is elsewhere in the world. The fate of Tibet’s nomads is at stake.

Taking action is simple. You can follow the link below to email China’s leadership requesting that they overturn their policy of displacement for Tibetan nomads.
