On the last day of our Wellness and Writing Immersion Retreat in Tuscany, one of our participants gave me a book. She liked it and recommended that I read it.
It’s now a few months later and I’ve finally had a chance to get to it. The book is Writing Without Teachers by Peter Elbow. It’s great! I really like this book, so I wanted to write a brief post to recommend it.
Stephen, I said, write a brief post to recommend this book.
And I began to do just that.
Then I found this gem in the Amazon.com reviews of Peter’s book:
No wonder 45 out of 47 people found that review helpful.
It’s amazing proof of concept. In and of itself, it’s great advice, too. So, in addition to recommending Peter Elbow’s book, I recommend the advice in this review.
(Try the advice and let me know your results!)
